When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 Prompt Response:

Strategies that I like to use when i'm in a bad mood are taking deep breaths, distancing myself, and talking to someone I trust about what's wrong. Deep breath helps me control myself and not get mad at others because of my mood. Talking breaths in and out allows me to recuperate myself from the bad mood and come back to a more positive attitude when interacting with others. distancing myself also helps because I take the time to calm myself down and fix my mood before going back out in public or around family and friends. I am able to clear my mind and put all the things that has stressed me out in the back of my mind. Lastly, talking to others help my change my mood because I can get out all the things I need to talk about out my chest and let others know what is going on and hoping that they are able to help me with my problem or think of other ways to let out any anger or emotions that I have.

Summary:

Today in class we worked on 2 CommonLit assignments.
