When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

Prompt Response: Strategies that I like to use when i'm in a bad mood are taking deep breaths, distancing myself, and talking to someone I trust about what's wrong. Deep breath helps me control myself and not get mad at others because of my mood. Talking breaths in and out allows me to recuperate myself from the bad mood and come back to a more positive attitude when interacting with others. distancing myself also helps because I take the time to calm myself down and fix my mood before going back out in public or around family and friends. I am able to clear my mind and put all the things that has stressed me out in the back of my mind. Lastly, talking to others help my change my mood because I can get out all the things I need to talk about out my chest and let others know what is going on and hoping that they are able to help me with my problem or think of other ways to let out any anger or emotions that I have. Describe your personal approach to creativity. What steps do you follow when you’re working on a project. Tell me about a project you created that you were most proud of.

Prompt Response: My personal approach to creativity starts with brainstorming ideas and letting myself think freely without worrying about being perfect. When I work on a project, I usually begin by understanding the goal, then sketching or planning my ideas before choosing the one that feels strongest. After that, I focus on improving details, making revisions, and asking for feedback so I can make the project better. One project I am most proud of was a design assignment where I created a visual concept from scratch. I was proud because it showed my creativity, effort, and growth, and I stayed patient through revisions until the final result looked how I imagined it.  Prompt Response: During the Holiday Break, I've spent most of my time shopping for others and trying to get their gifts before the sell out date.
